Pros and Cons of Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I love how dynamic Sales Cloud can be. I've worked for multiple companies in my 10 year Salesforce career and without fail Sales Cloud is able to meet the needs of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow. I know this could be for so many reasons outside of Sales Cloud itself, but I would love it if Salesforce could find a way to help make Sales Cloud work better with these other factors (ie poor internet connection, convoluted code, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud demands that the business organizes their business processes as opposed to every person doing their own thing. As a SF Admin, being able to design a platform that helps the business understand the importance of having organized process is hugely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has many features to accelerate the digital transformation of many companies and to implement Sales processes easily with clicks, not code. If you are in a huge company, it will obligate your team to have deep discussions about your businesses processes and improve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be annoying some platform technical limits and some user interface challenges for new users, which may impact adoption in the initial phase of an implementation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing the Sales processes of the wholesale bank I work for and leveraging the automation and productivity features of the platform

The cadence it allows for my Sales team, with our notes and agenda registered there, we can focus our tjme on what we do best, improving or relationship with customers and selling!

Its integration its a little bit complex if you whole ecossistem its not on salesforce yet

Sales flor, with salesforce we can keep track of our history and needed activities tô make sure that the selling process is ehancing with prospects and our sellers are getting their best performance

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has been instrumental not only in my current org, but in every one of my past roles in sales operations for establishing a single source of truth to enable sellers and streamline the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is super intuitive for anyone who has used a CRM before but can take new users a while to learn if they don't invest time in Trailhead!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipeline management, analytics and forecasting! It allows us to have a single source of truth for all sales data to feed into our KPIs and goals tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Veriety Solutions and Apps allow comapny yto build better data flow and it can be expended all business area from lead to sale to service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation requires intensive requirements analysis and planning to avoid additional costs later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to multiple legacy systems and it caused data discrepancy in all area. Salesforce is the source of truth for customers data now.

The different capabilities that will increase sales and forecasting. Sales cloud will also change quoting for the better

User adoption may be hard. We will need to adjust to map our business rules since current rules are not in place

User engagement and forecasting. Salesforce helps Improving forecasting, quoting and increasing sales while keeping users engaged and on task.

You can customize it to your business needs.
Love dynamic UIs - allows to surface right info at the right time in front of Sales team.
