It helps to keep all of our customers information in one spot and allows for easy analysis.

Managing pipeline, ability to customize opps quickly, the ability to drive efficiency and quick resultes as part of deals closure.

Dynamic issues, we are using external cpq tool since the sfdc cpq super complex

How much customization is needed. We are having to customize development too much.

It is allowing us to manage and track our customers and activities. Score leads. Track pipeline and revenue.
Basics of sales processes are natively available
What do you like best about the product?
Basic sales process needs are natively available and set up in Sales Cloud so usage can start immediately without too much configuration. Easy for organisations to implement some customisations according to individual industry needs and company processes. Most business scenarios and organisational needs are covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in terms of org-wide limits due to shared cloud resources and these limits and enforced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
revenue and performance tracking of individual accounts and sales staff is done easily with the reports and dashboards function, as well as the whole sales cycle process is integrated to enable this

Nothing, it works as expected and it met our expectations

How easy it is for our sales team to get the information they need quickly.

Pricing. We use several other salesforce apps and the price does add up as we continue adding licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our reps the information needed to continue selling to customers. It also enables us to continue engagement after a lead has passed first look viability.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for our sales, partners, and accounting teams to have visibility into past communications and prospect journeys is crucial for our success. The ability to tailor permissions to the appropriate profile and person is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting can be clunky, fuzzy matching rules seem to catch all or none of the potential matches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we started using it as a way to track commission sales, we have now been able to put all sales into Sales Cloud and have started to forecast better. Which allows us to set better company goals and see where we can improve revenue wise.
