Salescloud Integration and platform review

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce platform for integration and development just works and makes it easy to build out features for our users. The integration options means there is always a clean way to integrate with our partners and the full Salesforce ecosystem has a wealth of material to help when we run into issues or need guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardes part of working with Salesforce is getting a handle on the different coiled and features and what is available at each level. Make sure to check licensing requirements when seeing demos or examples online to make sure it will work with your org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a cohesive dashboard for all sales activity thing to getter performance data and activity history unifies are data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the capability it gives to the admins and business users to create automated solutions that align with business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can be overwhelming for businesses that have not defined their processes or use cases. It can also be a little costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling sales to track their opportunities and manage their pipeline.

Sales Cloud Provides Efficiency For Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to see everything about customers and prospects in one area so sales teams don't have to go to multiple places to get information. In addition they track their interactions, wins, loses all in the Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot think of anything we dislike about it. For what we use it do it provides the functionality we need. The Sales Cloud integrates with the Service Cloud which is great so we are very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides giving us customer and prospect information, we use it for meeting planning, it allows us the metics we need to measure the performance of our sales team, we coach our sales teams with the data as well. As we say, if it isn't in Salesforce it doesn't exist.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helps us to act decisively, coach/manage our sellers, and provide information to the entire organization to educate them on Demand and the wider market we interact with everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough resourcing to build something great. We are transitioning from a highly customized org to a clicks and code one, and that is difficult. We also need specific examples and models to achieve the transition, from which to make decisions. Ask a partner is not sufficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of Visibility and Sales planning. It is also helping accelerate digital maturity across the organization, providing a standard of excellence to measure other tools against.

The innovation of Sales Cloud keeps our company moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to keep up with all of the features, and to keep our sales team informed and using the tool correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce keeps our sales activity in one central location, and gives access to everybody who needs it.

What do you like best about the product?
The set up of leads to opportunities to separate cold leads from warm, engaging prospects. The opportunity pipeline is a great process for multiple different products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand the upsell/cross-sell feature. Hard to understand which features are included with our license and which are not, such as with the Einstein features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use our Salesforce Org for our Wealth Management team, but we are working to incorporate our insurance, tax, and legal team as well. Sales Cloud allows us to separate leads and "products" according to the department the lead is for.

What do you like best about the product?
SF brings our entire selling and service team together to close deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with SF can be tricky to maintained. I wish it was easier to use SF capabilities with other platforms with no code solutions.

Tracking opportunities and setting up transactions for deal execution

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for our various sales team to access their customer data and report on KPIs from the exec level all the way down to sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Native Reporting & dashboards do not allow for much creativity

As a RevOps manager, it allows for me to create uniformity within all sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud not only supports the individual salesperson with an amazing structure and overview but als allows the organisation to better understand it'sown business and harness all the data it generates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce platfrom is an incredibletool but it does come with it's price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers are looking for an effective tool to build and scale their business. We use salesforce and its cosystem to suport our customersin this undertaking.
