What do you like best about the product?
My team has been using salesforce sales cloud for 3 years and we love it. It's our main source of truth. As revenue operations, I love the automation that I can put in place to keep my team efficient and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when we make additional purchases we need to switch between the apps. It makes it difficult for my sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us from managing the pipeline in Google sheets.
Reporting is great but can be better!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease with which you can pull reports. If you know what you're looking for, you can easily design and create a report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating new report types other than the out of the box styles is tedious and it is difficult to verify the accuracy of the report at times. Having to run separate reports for leads and contacts does cause some confusion for end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using cadences and campaigns to track how often our sales team is contacting customers. We are easily able to see who is doing the right thing with these tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility it's interoperability and scalability. It has been rock solid for 18 years and that is a testament to itself. Also thr openness of thr api is second to none
What do you dislike about the product?
There are things that need to be included with the system like composers. At the smb and grb level this is a must. I liked that they brought inbox in l but they need to bring in thr whole thing and they need to stop the versions it's enterprise or nothing

It's works as a selling tool for us because we we can use its power with our own customers to sell the product. They see we use it so they will use it which is important in our world

Ease of use! It makes managing accounts and contacts easy and efficient. Integration opportunities and capabilities are seemingly endless.

Would like an easier way to pass data through to SFMC

We use Individual Email Response tracking to service our customers by understanding which emails each contact engages with.

Data and Analytics are Game Changers!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the data and analytics. Not just having access to it, but the ability to filter it, sort it, slice and dice it to truly help us identify opportunities and threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Utilization by the team. Not because of product but training new habits.

Salesforce Cloud provide a "true" representation of activities and results.
