Sales cloud has been central to our nonprofits social enterprise

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables us to screen and sign up community members for the services we and our partners offer to help them both "go green" and save money on their energy bills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is so easy to customize that sometimes design decisions are made that don't necessarily align with best practices and may impede or slow future growth and development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have 1 place to go to see a customer's history with us. It allows us to report our results to our funders and use the information for program improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build user functionality with lightning web components. New users navigate through the system without much guidance due to ease-of-use and good performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large data sets can take too much time to load in a list-view, leading to user frustration. Better list view filtering would be greatly appreciated as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using salesforce to drive data management and analytics related to sales and distribution teams. Having multiple teams on one platform provides data integrity.

Sales Cloud's host of solutions creates a centralized environment enabling productivity allowing me to focus on what I do best -sell.

Taking the time to understand the various features. Perhaps brief recorded feature demos company sponsored or links made available OBO the company for easy access

Account history -owner, activity, opps, stage, deal value. Provides background, assists in an educated customer conversation

What do you like best about the product?
In Sales Cloud, our users can see their most important opportunities and activities easily. This allows them to close more deals. Our last opportunity system had no way to highlight important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to knowing Sales Cloud who is next to approve if you use queues. You can't view the membership of a queue in a report. Id like to see a nice approvals in process report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has simplified the collaboration between Sales and the Bussiness Units to close deals, making everyone more productive. Opportunities are being advanced more quickly to closure.

What do you like best about the product?
The compatibility of integrating with other systems. We can manage the data and that too in huge chunk very easily. I love the compatibility of development along with out of the box approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we face issue with limits. And we need to connect with sf support to raise the limits for the implementation. And needs to pay extra for all the services we are adding on core cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to get solutions out the door significantly faster with sales cloud than other solutions. Our business stakeholders love our speed to production on solutions, allowing faster realization on investments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to know what we might be missing out on with our investment. I wish we knew more what we could be using sales cloud for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We finally hav our customer engagements all in one place. Before every sales and operations person had their own data storage for their customer interactions. Now they're all in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly can't think of any significant dislikes. Perhaps Salesforce can explore if some popular functionalities from CrossBeam or Zoominfo could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
