Sales Cloud can sometimes have inefficiencies with regard to the number of free text fields

I like being able to perform an action to a set of users on the map
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as fast as I'd like it to be. But there are great features in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We target alumni that live in the same geographical area. It helps send out communications to certain regions.

The ability to creat new objects and fields and creat flows to automate processes. New features added roitinely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too costly for some features. Not as much nonprofit support.
