What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it streamlines the entire sales process—from lead capture to deal closure—through automation that help sales teams focus on the right opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawbacks of Salesforce Sales Cloud are its steep learning curve and complex customization process, which can overwhelm new users and require specialized expertise to manage effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses problems related to disjointed sales processes, lack of visibility into sales pipelines, and inefficient lead and opportunity management by providing a centralized CRM platform that streamlines sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly helpful in solving my sales-related problems like targeting the right customers and ensuring my sales team has all the necessary information. It's easy to set up, and the data integration features are the most useful. Additionally, it has enhanced our business efficiency, leading to more closed deals, and I'd definitely repurchase it for the benefits it brings to my organization.

Salesforce Sale Cloud has made it so much easier for our Sales team to do Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that everything is an uncharge. AI features for example. I have to pay extra.

It helps with customer 360, pipeline maangement and lead management
