What do you like best about the product?
Commercial campaign management.
The ways of custimization are so many, love them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know the product enough to find the flaws yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for my clients. Most requests come from lead conversion. The process is real straightforward

Cost is one of the aspect I feel little less likely for me

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud offers and excellent set of features that allow us to manage our customers, build and maintain our relationships, and generate revenue. The data is integrated with data from other clouds, such as Service Cloud, to provide a seamless view of our customers and their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the features of Sales Cloud are very powerful, there is a high cost. A business that is considering Sales Cloud would be best off to truely embrace the Salesforce platform to take full advantage of its features. If not, the costs may not be worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows us to easily maintain our sales data, and provides powerful tools and interfaces to easily work with this data. This data is shared with the other Salesforce clouds, such as Service Cloud, to build and maintain a full view of our customers and their data.

It allows to fullfill every business needs. Easily customizable and full of out of the box capability useful and ready to be used. I've tried several other competitors and salesforce Is the best

Nothing in particular, It Is a complete software suite that allows every Company to fullfill differenti Sales needs. They can only improve their costa that are not so manageable by small businesses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ita helps and increases rates of win of the customer opportunities. It allows faster Sales processes and increases Sales process modifications in order to fullfill business needs

Single source of the truth for managing accounts and opportunities. Plus, with new data cloud enhancements, einstein will help with next best action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption of the tool for all sales users. Requires onboarding and rolling out features over time.

Single version of the truth and tracking all opportunities in kne platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Having stages at opportunity records makes easy to visually identify where the pipeline is and how sales team can achieve or. Improve goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
When deploying to production, there is no way to include the profiles in one shot. Instead we have to go one by one in the destination org to do adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking opportunities related to each account that will translate into revenue recognition later on. Also tracking leads and their different stages to know when to convert the to contacts.

Initial Exposure to Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
My intial thoughts on Sales Cloud it that it provides our sales team the ability to move from minimal analytics via opportunities to understanding how the sales process went, how the sales process impacted KPI's and provided more complete and wholistic picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the experience has been positive. Admittedly, I have not progressed far enough in to provide "dislikes" at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the ability to use Sales cloud to help us manage our clients and their information in more efficient ways.

Previously we had no analytics without exporting and using highly manual processes. Using the native reporting functions we have streamlined this process.

The insight and care we can provide back to our clients has going to the next level and our clients have provided feedback noticing the difference.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking leads and collecting data to create a seamless sales experience. It has been easy to learn coming from an industry that did not use Salesforce products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to create a seamless experience on the backend with colleagues. It feels individualized but not quite seamless across a team for daily use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having less clutter when it comes to the sections such as opportunities and inquiries. Some things feel redundant and can be used in different ways by employees if not trained properly.
