What do you like best about the product?
The standard forecasting tool has become very robust in the last few years of releases. It allows for quick pickup of reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pre-lightning experience era artifacts still hold back what a business might need to do. Forecast category field editability, the basicness of the Quote and Contract objects have tons of cobwebs from being ignored are common things I've had to find or make alternate solutions for when I shouldn't have to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better way to gain a single source of truth and identify progress on long term sales

We like that our gift officers can plot their assigned accounts on Maps and plan out their trips to cities to better use their time when meeting with potential donors.

The UI could use an update, it feels like it hasn't been updated in a while.
