What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud hells to manage the complexity of B2B relationships for organizations with distributed workforces and customer bases operating across multiple geographies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be daunting at first, as a good deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud requires a thorough review of existing business processes and cleansing of legacy data sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud enabled our sales teams to focus on key customers, saving them time and making them more productive- and happier in their roles

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple tabs can be opened at the same without opening a new browser page. Components are easy to create and allow sales users to see previews of the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. So many new features that will make it easier for sales to sell. All relevant records are easily accessible at the same time without perusing through multiple pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to edit and make changes to the main records all in one place. Reports and dashboards are easy to understand and sales can see exactly how their doing against their quota

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps our data in one place so our sales teams can be mosf successful at doing their jobs and focusing on helping our customers and prospects, not worrying about manu tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that Salesforce Sales Cloud can't do out of the box but you can always find other software to overcome it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place where all our sales data is stored and can be utilized by anyone who needs it in our business.
Seamless, connected and fluid
What do you like best about the product?
The fluid alignment of dashboards and reports to share key metrics and data with our Sales Leaders and data quality teams. The management of Sales Territories / Sales Planning as it relates to rep account assignment and equitable territory management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activity management is something our org is still trying to get on top of, especially as they utilize different sales tools to perform their communications that sometimes don't capture activities, primarily emails and has to be reminded for logging in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us identify where our reps are seeing success in their book of business and identifying where we need to continue efforts of data cleanliness and proactive additions of net new business

It can feel a little overwhelming for users who are new and not familiar with the product.

Easy to do a lot without code. Declarative code can accomplish a lot.
