You can customize and adapt the system to support your sales processes and business needs in few clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
Governor limits and no snapshots to know how was the data at a point if time, but I suppose that's part of Salesforce nature

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is easy to use and the design is good

Sometimes it is slow but that is the only thing I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of emails - benefits me in a way that I can easily see who opened the email I sent.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is build tools to support your sales team and time to market is very quick and organizing and prioritizing on serving your customers. You can build features in a day or 2
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is like organizing and connecting different data sources even though there are capabilities to integrate it is hard to centralize and provide 360 view on an enterprise setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is proving clear cti integration, all the sales tools like pipelines activity management, reports dashboards, coaching and guiding new teams. Make sure the customer is getting high quality service

What do you like best about the product?
Scalability. It offers many different options from small teams to large teams. Leveraging experts, like Platinum Cubed really helped me get the most out of my solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with Salesforce AEs can be challenging sometimes. I wish I could buy the products I need without interaction with them. Consultants are where the knowledge is!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a team and organizing deals across the team. It also helps with managing the lifetime conversations with our clients. Managing turn over is critical for consistency.

The cost is very high, it takes quite a bit to make the numbers work out.
