Account Management is a breeze with sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using sales cloud for years to manage a book of business of anywhere from 250-500 customer accounts. Sales cloud makes it a breeze to manage my day to day tasks and stay in constant contact with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of inline editing options in reports and list views does make it harder to manage multiple customer needs at one time. The need to open multiple tabs to update records does slow down my day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my customer accounts with Salesforce and track customer buying processes along with any renewal needs etc. sales cloud provides me easy reporting/reviews to stay on top of my top priority tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's a centralized hub for all of our sales account and contact data. I use it every day for our B2B marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can be confusing and you have to understand the lingo as well as field mapping.

It solves the challenge of consolidating sales data from multiple channels.

Sales Cloud is a fantastic solution that leverages solid pre-defined structures that can quicky enable business to scale quickly and prepare a fast and successful Go-To-Market strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most times, even though OOTB solutions ate solid, the usual level of customization required to fulfill complex customer requirements end up requiring the development of fully customized solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick go-to-market implementations for clients to handle sales pipeline, forcaasting, overall Account/Contact management and sales teams with collaboration. Quote management for simple solutions as well.
