Salesforce Cloud Usage
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the basic features that a sales person would need is already pre built. So for simple sales taks you can start pretty fast. If you want to customize it, flow is a great and very fast way to develop. The Salesforce dev community is big enough that you can get all the answer and Salesforce Team is easily available in case there is some customization you need but is not available on internet to search. Lots of analysis, forecast, team hierarchy is all pre built so you can easily start with everything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is great and everything but it's not perfect. It is kind of heavy, especially if the page you want to load had many default components. You will have to build your own Page to optimize the page which is a lot of work. Most pages and jobs are fine. Just the heavy jobs becomes slower
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically let's us do all the documenting for Sales, and all the massive data we get is easy to track, used to guide sales reps, used to guide Sales on what they should do, and the data can be used to improve our business strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is great, and can recommend to others to use it. Can't wait to explore more features of the product. Also, it looks like it can help to boost the sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, every thing looks great. However, the account creation and verification prices seems to be taking more time, so that can be fixed and other than that everything great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping to generate new sales and making the sales process seemlessly easy for our sales reps. It also helps us to manage and boost the sales through analytics.

This has been a critical tool to help keep our team organized and ensure no leads fall through the cracks.

So far, we haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking has historically been an issue for our team, but Sales Cloud has allowed us to better stay on top of these actions.

Sales cloud provides visibility of lead to opportunity to conversion and enables prioritising efforts on deals that are more likely to materialise in a territory, region

Getting marketing qualified leads with enough background information besides contact and recent transactions can be made better for sales rep to prioritise and target
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is enabling visibility of sales funnel and providing guidance on accelerating the conversion of prospects through propensity to buy models and account planning
Robust but can be overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
It's nearly universal! Almost every company I know uses salesforce sales cloud. Most sales reps are familiar with it, and it can integrate with so many apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud can't offer me the data visualization I need for demand gen and so I do end up needing tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great source of truth for our marketing universe. We have all of our leads in event campaigns and it makes it easy to track the buyer journey
Good but still Not smooth
What do you like best about the product?
O find The best about Salesforce SC The Data integration connected to C360 and The fact that it is really easy to implement flows and create communication templates
What do you dislike about the product?
I still find The solution pretty unstable. Software updates happens and sometimes just crash our entire operation what I really think is unnaceptabble. Id strongly recommend more tests and better patches communications

We have very poor data integration and solutions. So now we can better understand The customer and communicate properly

What do you like best about the product?
It works seamlessly with our Salesforce data. It provides all the required insights and has great features. It works great with all the Salesforce products we are currently using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can slow sometimes.I have it has breaking a lot recently while handling large volumes of data which is similar to the crm analytics issue that I have seen lately.

It is helping us get all the required insights and less amount of time and in much efficient way than how it used to be before we started using sales cloud so it

What do you like best about the product?
I start and end my day with Salesforce! As a Sales Operations Manager I couldn't do my job with our Sales Cloud. I enjoy all the capabilities and options available in order to create processes for my sales team. Everything is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SSO function can time our, which causes me to have to attempt to login multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me report and sales performance which helps save me time when sharing with leadership.
Salesforce is deffinitely a #`1 CRM

No Code or low code is a big plus and automation tools like flow builder reduces dependency on developers

a very trial issues like Gorvernace limits and unknow errors due to salesforce release updates.
