What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and makes for a byletter proxess for our teams
much to unpack, this is a great product and work really great for our company. We can't wait to learn more and implement some of the updates coming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish enablement was better integrated and not having to buy another solution
We have so much to do and learn and wish we had better processes. But we will get there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CPQ and billing
Our CoQ needs billing system to work well, we have a lot of work to do there and working through it with our sales rep.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the how the records are open in sub tabs instead of going to nee tab
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much preety much everything as I expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again sub tab is very well develop on the console that saves time for the user to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped me segment my leads and target my outreach so I get better response rates and book meetings easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow is sometimes cumbersome and less pages can get cluttered when needing lots of source info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps solve the problem of tracking our leads and combining info from our various inbound and outbound platforms

Customization is so easy! Custom objects are easy to create and automation is set up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite expensive. Licenses can pile up.

Consistent pricing and consistent work processes.

Seamless Transition to Salesforce Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
We made the switch to Salesforce Sales Cloud from another CRM, and it's been a game-changer for our business. This platform has enabled us to prepare for our expanding customer base at scale. The transition was easier than anticipated, and the features offered by Sales Cloud are great. I recommend it!

Lack of time to comfigure all features for the business sales launch

One stop shop portal for sales. Brining disparate systems together with a source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is easy. The tool is powerful enough to allow lots of customization, but simple enough where it's easy to administer without an extensive dev background. The capabilities for integrations, both within the Salesforce ecosystem and with partners, is a huge win too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of Sales Cloud is significantly more expensive than most CRMs. A large number of users don't use the tool as often, but still need to pay for licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily centralize all of our customer information and track interactions all in one place, to create a single-source of truth on one platform where the team can collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is extremely customizable and able to be adapted to any business needs. It empowers our sales people in a great way. I have not used other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
When converting a lead to an account, it would be nice to have a way to transfer related list records from the leads to the account. Currently the only way to do this is through custom code or flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows for a robust lead pipeline that increases communication between our reps and end customers. Using sales cloud we are easily able to report on revenue and track B2B sales over time, which is extremely important for us to maintain relationships with our vendors.
