Lots of promise with lots of backing

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud seems to be a great logical next step for an advancing organization with Salesforce. There are many promises, with a lot of potential expansion functionality on offer. I am optimistic many of these will provide value due to the massive investments Salesforce is making to see their success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incentivized reviews are morally questionable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently do not have the full Sales cloud integration, however it is in our roadmap. This will specifically address agent efficiency for us.

What do you like best about the product?
helps keep track of customers, leads, and sales pipelines. It's great for teams that need detailed customization and a powerful platform to grow with. The user interface is a bit complex at first, but once you're used to it, it becomes a game-changer. It integrates well with other tools, and the reporting features are super helpful. On the downside, it can get pricey, especially for smaller businesses. But if you're serious about growing your sales, it's worth the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels cluttered, and it takes time to get comfortable with all the features. The learning curve is steep, and many users need extensive training to use it effectively

Salesforce Sales Cloud is widely praised for its comprehensive features that support sales teams in managing leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be expensive, particularly as you scale and add more users, features, or third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer data is often scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and different platforms, making it difficult to access a full picture of a customer’s interactions and history.

I wish maps was sold the territory manager, not a separate license

Limited capability in built in analytic tools. Too many things at this price point are extra products. It is too expensive

The app exchange had so many solutions to choose from, you're almost certain to find one that meets your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm confused with licensing and always worried about unexpected costs.

We want to keep all of our contact data in one place, and we want to make the upgrade process of our crm more reliable and on a regular basis.
