What do you like best about the product?
Able to log the process and transcript video calls to look back at key words in the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its helpful tracking multiple details for multiple leads in one area. It could be better in showing churn rate or renewals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving when to renew, adding in skus and add-on features.

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity management is great to be able to track your sales from the top of the pipeline all the way through the customer life cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the cpq tool and it is very rigid in its structure and requires a significant amount of effort to maintain and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the source of record for our customer and prospect data. With the table relationship structure we can get almost any view or analytics out of it when paired with a BI took.
Great CRM software
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has an easy to use interface, it makes it easy to streamline the office CRM process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike about salesforce till now

Salesforce helps me use my CRM more efficiently. I can easily follow up with clients and put updates in the sysytem
Great program
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Cloud makes running business reports easy. Well worth the time to build it out properly to suit your teams needs and working with a Salesforce administrator to make sure the customizations work properly. I recommend the program especially since it is the largest CRM on the market today.

Salesforce Cloud is very different from the original Salesforce design.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, salesforce provides the easiest to use and support CRM that I have found. I use salesforce daily and as my system of record, and find that it integrates with nearly every product on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforse is a legacy software and can be cumbersome or overly expansive for some smaller orgs use cases.

Salesforce serves as a system of record for our sales org.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the class leading sales CRM. it has everything that your team needs to find leads, create opportunities and close sales deals. All tracked with standard objects and enhanced with customisations.it is easy to implement out of the box and integrates with many systems with its inbuilt apis. Custome support is great and the training online is world class. It's used daily in my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Salesforce is modular it can get expensive to get the licences required. Especially if you go into advanced functionality such as advanced quote generation. The functionality is there in the base sales licence but some of it is portioned off into another licence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organisation is in a significant hunting phase as we deliver growth through new customer acquisition. This means lots of leads and lots of opportunities. As the conversation rate is more often lower than high we need a robust system to track and report on everything in a way that delivers insights and allows us to identify the best deals for us to go after.

Easy to use with good reporting. It also integrates well with other sales, project management tools.

Sometimes adding contacts is a lot of work. If there was an easy way for it to prefill contact information, that would be amazing.

I have once source of truth that is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce can do absolutely everything. The design of the product to gather all the customer's data in one place makes it a best one. We use SF as source of truth for all of our ops. This includes customer data,billing data,deal pipelines etc. It helps us in formulating a clear picture of our SLA's and as well how our clients interacts with us and our service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the admin has all the permissions for the customisation which makes it bit difficult to make changes that are feasible to you and the setup can lead to frustration sometimes.

It improves customer relations and service and it creates operational efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
To increase profits by leading generation. Access critical data to get a complete picture of the customer. Quality, track and engage with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disadvantage when user in the offline mode, user have the full access mode when they are in the offline mode, we cannot track or measure in real-time.

It offers seamless back to front office integration and implementation of AI and machine learning in day to day activities of sales people.
