Being able to see demonstrations and future vision of salesforce.

Everything you need at your fingertips with ability to craft experiences to fit your needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and simplicity. Salesforce does a great job of supporting sales practices that can be leveraged in almost every sales journey. But the customization is easy to build experiences to deepen relationships and close sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to go sideways if you don't stay on top of your tech debt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to talk to and when to talk to them. Basic workflow practices with some fun bells and whistles.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a game changer for my clients. It has helped show ROI for the tool.

The cost can be cost prohibitive for some clients. That is the only issue I have seen at this time.

Ability to see what is actually happening with my clients' customers.

Sales cloud is an excellent tool for managing customer and client data. Helps drive actionable outcomes for business development.

It could be more robust and more user friendly especially for external integration with third party applications.

Sales cloud is a great tool for managing our ever growing list of customers and helps us retain our existing customers while providing them great value and also attracting potential customers with cutting edge technology.

You can automate a lot of simple processes with flows! There are lots of resources to learn more about the product as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is quite expensive and additional features are billed as add on packages.

Sales cloud helps us organize our customers and keep track of all interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the flow assistance. Previously we were very disjointed, working with several spreadsheets that often were not updated properly. Finding any information previously was a task in and of itself, now it is much more simplified and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the most inhibitive aspect. I had to compromise a lot of other helpful software in order to get approval for the cloud so I hope it continues to add value.

Consistency of information and a one stop shop for customer care.

It is easy to understand, there's lots of content to help figure out how to best build your instance.

Sometimes, there can be issues with logging in as other users and it will stay logged in as them instead of you as the admin

Trailhead makes learning and getting the most out of the software very easy. There are a ton of great apps to add on for niche specific needs.

The cost is very high, you might say it's in the clouds.
