What do you like best about the product?
We are adopting Salesforce at our org. I appreciate the trailblazer videos that are easy to understand and the ease of process. Looking forward to fully adapting with salesforce as we work on data migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at the moment. We are still in the process of adapting salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently salesforce is helping us integrate data in our non profit. It's benefiting me because it's making my job easier. We didn't have a centralized database before, so it's exciting that we will be able to analyze and solve critical problems that exist, and hopefully get more funding

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect the right data sources to bring insights into one view is most critical for our marketing organization. Ease of use, amount of training materials, and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes to get teams sunny the data. Not as much a SF problem, we are selling in the value wherever we can.

It is a configurable engine on which I can manage my forecast and my revenue generating activity, integrating with important systems that power my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are few, but relying on SF so deeply can be troublesome when trying to sell to a customer that is a non-user. Also a glut of features can be hard to keep up with.

The existing business data structure help the company to sort of our processes quickly. And it is easy to customize to fit our special needs
