What do you like best about the product?
ne of the standout features of Salesforce Sales Cloud, from a user perspective, is its robust set of tools for managing the sales process. Sales Cloud's flexibility, customization options, comprehensive view of customers, automation features, analytical capabilities, and integration possibilities make it a powerful tool for managing and optimizing the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, while Salesforce Sales Cloud offers numerous benefits, there are a few aspects that might be considered drawbacks one of which is the cost. Salesforce can be relatively expensive, especially for smaller businesses or startups. The pricing structure, add-ons, and customization costs might be prohibitive for some organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud's ability to centralize data, streamline processes, enhance collaboration, provide insights, personalize engagements, and adapt to business growth significantly benefits me as a user by improving productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in managing sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
A combination of out of the box functionality with the flexibility to do what is business specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the level of complex configurability, there is a lot of room for error. Bug resolution and new features can take a while to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end sales cycle management, and the ability to build our own tools or use integrations when necessary.

Cost - to keep adding new fu. Tonality, typically have to buy new licenses

What do you like best about the product?
I like how streamline salescloud is, I like how easy it is to manipulate data declaritively as well as customization, testing and debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con about salesforce sales cloud is that more people in my org aren't fully versed on it's full capabilities and uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is used by my org to aggregate data for life insurance agents. This tracks their leads, organizes their contacts, it solves the problem of agents being disorganized and losing track of which stage they're in with which clients. This benefits me by creating a more effective and efficient company
Great value for the cost
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the robustness and reliability. I've used Salesforce as an administrator/developer for a bit over a year and have never noticed a single bug. This is very different from other CRMs that I used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve needed to become a competent administrator is really steep, especially when it comes to customizing page layouts and record types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce to keep track of products that customers purchased in the past, what they're considering buying in the future, and what they are in the process of buying currently.

Highly customizable via configuration and low code approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Imposed many limits. Example: number of roll-up fields, number of history tracking fields, times outs in reports, inability to customize certain areas, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling sales as well as financial tracking. Also solves some operational challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage relationships with clients and customers in a way that was never possible for our organization in the past.

Honestly user acceptance was our biggest hurts ke when it came to integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive increase in manual workflow automation and decrease in manual efforts. Ease of tracking in one centralized location rather than tons of spreadsheets.
