What do you like best about the product?
It allows our data to work for us... We were using excel but with Salesforce it is by far better with the automations we have setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the load screens can take a few extra second then users would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the team to see data in a nicer platform then excel while also providing real time insights on our clients

Nothing really as of now; the pricing could be more competitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows sales team to simplify, shorten, track and monitor their Sales process closely. It provides real time information and reliable prediction while ensuring that customers information remains safe and confidential.
By using SalesCloud, compnay can increase their Sales productivited and achieve stable and predictable growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
As most of Salesforce products, Sales Cloud require licenses. For some company , the licenses cost can be prohibitive.
For more complex implementation, Sales Cloud require customisation and time to deploy.
For new to Salesforce Users , getting used to Salesforce navigation and features will take time and adaptation. Introducing Salesforce product to a company that never uses Salesforce before, require more that technology introduction - it will require a large process changes and change management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesCloud allows us to set Sales process and guide the users through the process to completion/closure. This allows us to have standardised sales , review, report and forecasting process which helps constant sales growth.

As a developer background I love the way you can configure the product to meet any business needs you might have. You have an amazing foundation of secure frameworks to build on.

The amount of out of the box features/objects. Less config and development required
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are features that are automated that override my preference. Would be good to have the ability to toggle these

Helping us be more efficient with our time. By auto tracking emails, events etc, saves a lot of time
