Easy and intuitive platform for sales and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, available on mobile, and linked to reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
No dark mode! Would be great if Salesforce implemented dark mode

Sales pipeline management and tracking, and analytics
A balance between simplicity and customisation in adoption during implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The customisability. Our users had a variety of personal and off-line processes prior to implementation. The sheer amount of customisability (even something as simple as controlling visibility of certain fields across different profiles) has meant adoption was easier with some who may have been much more resistant to change.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the flip side, the level of customisability meant a steep learning curve for our new users. Paired with a complicated and flawed implementation meant some users were more hesitant to jump on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to salesforce, we had no way of forecasting sales, or even tracking existing sales easily. Now we can run reports and allocate more resources where necessary.

Sales cloud has seamless integration with service cloud, allowing the business to put customers first, while understanding their overall value.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is geared toward seasoned sales professionals, where if you're new to the industry it may be difficult to pick up.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the sales cloud for about the last 3 years. My sales team loves it; they appreciate the sales pipeline, curated reports, and the fact that sales managers and executives can now easily see targets all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity sometimes to use. It's set up by our implementation partners and it's hard to customize.

It's a one stop shop for our frontline to get an entire customer picture, resulting in better customer experience and outcomes.

Everything is an API pull so it can diminish some experiences.
