What do you like best about the product?
It enables behaviour based marketing for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a slightly dated UI in regard to marketing cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to engage with our users based on their email and our own secure data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's possible to start using it right away with minimal configuration. However, it is also capable to have more customised use cases when the business scales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license can be expensive especially for a business that is just starting

It enables sales team members to quickly sell to new and existing customers with all information on one screen

What do you like best about the product?
Leads management made easier. Also very easy to setup and manage admin activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce products are not cheap for the customers, hence have seen many clients backing out off the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help streamline daily activities for the end users.
They don't have to worry about everything at one go.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead tracking, Opportunity conversions and tracking Accounts from Leads is one of the best parts of Salesforce sales cloud. What I appreciate most is the level of customization it offers. I can tailor the system to match my unique business processes seamlessly. Lets say I want to create a new field thats tracked as part of the conversion from lead to opps and later to custom objects, a lot of ensuite automation tools are available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although salesforce is pretty amazing as a whole, there are some disadvantages so far. The cost and complexity of salesforce is pretty high to medium in almost all clouds. The worst part is we have to buy a license to the whole cloud, even if we just need one part of the cloud. Salesforce API limitations also prevent compatibility to a lot of external tools or even the existing systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best feature of sales cloud which has been benefiting for us is - tracking a lead and with some baisc standard automations, its Emails, Notes, tasks, extra field values, etc that are added to the lead can all be linked across to the converted accounts and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience using SALESFORCE is always bends towards positive and amazing side of it only. The best part of using SALESFORCE is it’s automation, customizations, efficiency and AI Insights. They are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few ideas which are quite helpful are still not picked up on idea exchange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SALESFORCE sales cloud has made my life so simple and has made our business process so streamlined. We can now have a complete 360 view of customer. I am not a coding person. But a huge thanks to flows. I am using them a lot to enhance productivity.
