Stability. It is clear that every product release is well considered and slowly executed. It is modern but trustworthy.

There are some competing conventions for certain info. Classic view vs lightning view. Pipeline fields vs normal fields.

It's scalability across business pillars is key. Adding new products, new team members, new whatever - works when you trust the system.

Feature rich with ability to solve multiple use cases for any business looking to adopt a CRM. Ability to serve as the foundation layer on which others can be added to and integrations made. Has lots of intelligence/AI built in since of late

There are many out of the box features that can be turned on and utilized straight away for our teams. The interfaces are easy to use and no-low code to build new features is a big seller
