Setting up email to case requires a mailing address that is hard to setup

Allows tracking of different customers and allows creation of easy to follow business processes

In sales cloud, I like sales performance management which can refers to the set of processes, strategies, and technologies that organizations use to manage and optimize the performance

I don't thing there is any dislike about salesforce sales cloud. Because, sales cloud give us a powerful automation product like sales engagement, sales AI, sales analytics and sales performance management.

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a centralized platform for storing and managing customer data. This helps organizations overcome the challenge of scattered information across multiple systems, spreadsheets, or departments

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is the defacto standard for Sales applications. Whether it is the friendly UI, top of the line support docs or even GenAI apps, people look upto Sales cloud when they aspire an enterprise grade application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support can get complicated at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joining the dots between on ground sales all the way upto revenue realisation

That is is flexible and extendable and can be integrated with many applications externally

Products or certain features are rigid and cannot be modified

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to model the most complex systems and processes while remaining super flexible and all while handling massive amounts of data. You just can't beat it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not for the faint of heart. You first need strong understanding of business process as well as solid technical chops to make this tighten of a platform function to the best of its ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem it solves is it's unparallel capability and pulling in data from all sorts of disparate silos and bringing them into a unified view to help sales people revenue.

Very good case routing and case process to track the timeline of each case being processed and worked on as it helps in creating interactive reports for businezs

The migration of workflow rules to flows.
