Sales blaze - Making sales easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has a varity of tools to manage the sales process starting from lead to transaction closure. Its vast ability to gererate differet reports, and various integration caabilites makes it a very effective solution for different sizes of organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime due to lot of detailing and complexity of process of process,it is not very easy to install. For an small organization the licensing cost of Salesforce Sales Cloud may as expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps to solve various sales process roadbloack make it simplied and standardized which helps to build customer relationship. It is an one stop solution for various department of an organization for simplied reporting. Due to this high capability, end customer/client is Enhanced client interaction which inturn help to growth of sales.

Easy to use and configure. The automation features make it very customizable.

Hard to know what is part of the license and what is an add on.

Navigating through sales cloud makes it easy for our sales team to know what they need to do, where accounts are at within the selling process and where to best focus their time

Sales cloud can be too customizable making it hard to keep processes consistent

Brings our sales team into one system and keeps them focused on value add tasks
Sales cloud is a fantastic gateway to CRM and extending to whatever else goes with it

Sales clouds forecasting and lead conversion tools work well for starting mature processes. The platform offers tremendous capability to customize to meet the business needs.

The up front investment of time can be difficult for small businesses to adopt, but once adopted will scale appropriately

Sales cloud was used to handle our opportunity and grant management at a non profit and extended to handle payment processing and sponsor relationship

The AI assistant that enables users to focus on selling and making them more productive

Difficulty to use the propagations from Data Cloud

Tracking all sales activities and enabling business to realize their ROI
Expensive but fast to market and easy to scale
What do you like best about the product?
Out of box features - the schema is robust and I can literally fit all business needs into the same scheme.
What do you dislike about the product?
License model - at times all users need not to have access to all but just 1 like oops but we need to have full blown license for it. Customer's doesn't like it much!

It is highly used for sales tracking, revenue analysis and sales reps, managers, directors are all looking into those numbers everyday.

Sales Path really help our business and clients to track progress on prospecting, nurturing and deal management.

The OOTB quote, order and related objects are not built for deep customization.

The UI/UX is pretty good product. We are using it for marketing our products.

It's a data based setup instead of metadata.

I have been using Salesforce for over ten years, the best tool we have, we have deep customization and a lot of integrations

Maybe just the high price, and the way they try to sell you new funcioality
