I love that sales cloud is easy to set up and connect with different data streams to get a 360 view of customer to communicate with them more effectively and get them the right info at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There does seem to be a lot of ramp up time with meta data.

It is allowing us to connect to prospects and current clients more quickly.

No/low code development makes fast development with lower skilled employees possible.

Sales cloud can be expensive depending on use.
Data storage is expensive so some outside storage source usually needed.
UI can be slow to load.

It's essentially a relational database with a GUI and an automation platform so it's being used to store and analyze customer data and enable a customer 360 view.

It can be a little complex to manage as you move into more complex use cases.

Sales Cloud has allowed our company to automate processes and track data better using flows. We have also built a migration into our claims system to enable faster updates and cleaner data across systems.

Some of the downside, through the cost of the licensing, and Some of the basic reporting functionality.

Better tracking against leads, and helping to avoid duplication of work as well as data.
