Powerful Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
OOTB Functionality with Sales Cloud is great. Customizable and enhancad using low code automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Sales Cloud. My role is a developer so I enjoy any and all business problem solving in and around Sales Cloud usage and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our Sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I only recently used Maps for the first time for a client.
They wanted to be able to be able to view completed jobs when there were doing a site visit at a lead and also view what products were used. I'm phase 2 they plan on integrating it with Field Service.

Having never used it before it was easier to configure than I anticipated. I was able to create data layers quickly and easily based on user profile, lead stage etc

Best of all I was able to quickly and efficiently train the client on being able to create and adjust layers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trailhead on Maps doesn't provide a license or dev org for it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing end users to quickly view jobs completed (closed won opportunity) and products in the surrounding area used while doing a site visits (lead) in

Its so easy to manage user's task and event

I think there are some limitation for using standard object .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data connectivity is visible and easy to manage, and customer management is easy with one sales force without having to open multiple tabs.
