The salesforce sales cloud platform is Flexible, Dynamic, and scalable that allow you to respond to business needs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but awaiting some additional features that will hopefully come out in their roadmap.

In the education space, a one stop shop for perspective partners to participate in a program we offer
Easy to use. Highly customizable. Helpful support.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and highly customizable. You can configure just about any business process into Sales Cloud. If you run into issues, you can contact their support and will recieve answers in a very short time. Love the learning system, Trailhead, to explore new features and implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many new features and functionalities coming out, it is very hard for a sole administrator to possibly handle them all. Guided help for new features or making them easier to implement quickly would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track lead to cash in Salesforce. It gives a full view of the prospect and then customer lifecycle. We use the platform to also track pipelines and sales. The dashboards and reports are pivotal to running our business from top down.

What do you like best about the product?
The innovations and features coming with the change to the Lightning have enabled us to be more.synamic and flexible in meeting our business's needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the core features are still lagging behind in the conversion to Lightning, forcing us to make workarounds. Looking forward to seeing Salesforce catch up on this to make the platform even more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Salesforce in place is giving Users access to all the relevant data in one place, and is accessible to all; no more having the data limited to just one User!
Robust platform that gets what sales teams need.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the Sales Cloud is a robust core Salesforce platform that provides many out of the box capabilities that a sales team needs to leverage. Being able to track commissions, break territories down In configurable ways, and have tasks for reminders can save a sales person time. On top of that, the ability to configure additional automation specific to your company's unique process is incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the biggest hinderence is reporting and task configuration. The base reports function is fine for just a simplementation object
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Cloud has helped us create a larger pool of cross-sell opportunities by tracking historical opportunities and assessing time to closure, greater visibility for pipeline management, and task automation to help sales people with their next actions in a timely manner
Delivering Robust Software
What do you like best about the product?
From a developers perspective, there are a wide range of tools which have been helpful in delivering a quality product to clients. Lightning web components are great because they are similar to other frameworks (react, angular, etc.) and allow for highly customized user experiences
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of editing code could be improved. A dedicated salesforce IDE would be ideal. Dev console lacks modern IDE conveniences, VS Code can be cumbersome to use with all of the extensions and does not always work when customer orgs have large codebases, and code builder is limited by the web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is making the CPQ process for my clients more efficient, so they can track and measure sales

Clicks not code! Fast development for the admin and fast turnaround for stakeholders/users!

What do you dislike about the product?
I've used multiple CRMs and they all have their quirks but Sales Cloud is far and away better than anything else I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving all of our data to Salesforce so we will have a full 360 view of our customer and will be able to sell and service them more efficiently.

Flexibility, ability to configure complex workflows, constantly putting out new features based on user feedback

Out of the box reporting could be better

Mostly pipeline management and tracking

I like Opportunity stages sales process. I think this is an exemplar of how to sell effectively

Cost, Sales Cloud is pretty expensive for small businesses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud creates the right sales process for customers who don't already have one in place, and adjusts the existing sales process. It provides many out-of-the-box features for a quick start.
Sales Cloud is peak sales CRM, but still could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
The object structure and the master-detail and lookup relationship capabilities (alongside derivative formulae and roll up summaries)
What do you dislike about the product?
The current limitations imposed on email template development, 3 different declarative automation types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the end of the day, it's about data classification and visualization that would not be as easy to do with an excel spreadsheet
