Very scalable platform
What do you like best about the product?
All sales related items in a single place, easy to follow UI for the sales team, easy to configure
What do you dislike about the product?
Refreshing a page after a page layout change sometimes takes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating opportunities and sending IOs

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best CRM tool hands down. I love working with Salesforce and training people on it. I love when users understand the importance and think of new ways to utilize the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price. I don't like that there is so much to cover because the system is evolving so fast, it's near impossible to keep up to date on releases or discontinued features. You can spend hours on trailblazer and community and still not know enough and there is no time. Not a huge fan of my rep and difficulty understanding price points

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful yet user friendly. They offer every type of resource imaginable for learning including online, in person, community and more plus there is a universe of connected applications so it's easy to integrate the tools you're already using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep so you do have to invest time in learning it. As with any CRM, you have to stay on top of your duplicates, but I'd say SF handles it better than most.

Tracking Seller Activity, Accout Engagement, and Pipeline Opportunities

Sales Cloud is dynamic and supports a myriad of business needs. It empowers business leaders, sales teams, and the entire org to support customer success and organizational growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a many MANY features within Sales Cloud. It's sometimes difficult to know what is available and what currently available solutions will meet the business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is helping us by keeping our sales teams in front of their prospects and clients as opposed to spending excessive time in the tool. They're able to stay focused on their role and goals instead of data entry.

The customizability and overall flexibility of the tools that make Sales Cloud work

Potential for complexity due to the natural evolution of processes over time. Supporting of legacy of processes and present processes can lead to confusing implementations and configurations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is handling Lead distribution, as well as a central hub for the data necessary for the Sales and Support processes we have

Capability to do multiple stuff. Friendly UI

It takes time to learn it and it makes hard training

Too many depths for some feature, too many of salesfoce own names or terms.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce platform has evolved so much in the 10 years that I've been working with it. In its current state, it has opened up a lot of opportunity for automation to turn clicks into action, track activity and communication with customers, and allows reports to be more interactive within inline editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be an investment that all companies should weigh with great consideration.

Top funnel pipeline reviews and reviewing losses in an intuitive manner
