What do you like best about the product?
We are just beginning to use Leads for one of our sales paths and customizing the conversion prices to account and contact was easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I might be overlooking, but having the option to create multiple contacts on a lead or tagging related leads that would convert those leads to a contact record under the account from another lead (same company, multiple contacts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining creation of new accounts in a low revenue, high volume sales opportunity
Flexible platform scalable for any business.
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is very flexible and can be scaled for businesses of many sizes and industries. We were one of the earliest adopters in our vertical and nownit has become commonplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization ca. be tempting but it is very costly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating many manual processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Ease of deployment and the customization for brokers

Some of the less technical brokers have trouble navigating

Better visualization into our CRM structure and data. Data capture.

What do you like best about the product?
This was my first time attending and it was very interesting. I am now looking forward to seeing how the ever-evolving AI can be applied to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about the display of many links to help pages. I would like to not display them once they are hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very helpful in smooth communication with our customers. We are able to confirm the customer's problems, etc., and can consider solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud product helps to stream the sales process and easy to manage the pipelines. Forecasting is an helpful tool and forecast the upcoming sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside has be that salescloud is so awesome sometimes

Love the automation capabilities of Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The data model is very well thought of with unending enhancements like forecasting, pipeline inspection, CPQ and now Einstein. I love how many automatons can be handled with Flows. Also the way Reports have been enhanced has got Salesforce to another level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Release Updates are not always smooth with so many things changing that gives less time for the RevOps team to implement them. Also sometimes basic features like mapping standard Leas fields are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the reps to follow the business process and gets the executives data for analysis on pipeline and churn and what's needed to retain customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Combing all of our data and metrics with opportunities and accounts for a good holistic view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I don't have anything that I dislike about Salea Cloud

With the upcoming AI initiatives I think we'll be able to control and maintain lead generation better

A necessary product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for record management and compilation. It is an entry level product that all team members can learn at least the basics of.

Just the minor nuances that make the platform difficult to master.
