Well designed console
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive screenpops that keep the wzperience streamlined. Wish there was a better way to share links

The ability to forecast sales and analyze the sales pipeline all in one place.

How hard it is to explain to end users the difference between a lead and an opportunity.

The ability to see customer data and sales opportunities simultaneously along with forecasting.
Easy, intuitive and innovative
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is extremely easy and intuitive to configure and use. I really like how salesforce listens to their customers to understand their business priorities Ava challenges to develop and bring to market innovative new offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to know what is included in the various sales cloud bundles and what we have purchased or need to purchase. It feels like we are always needing to but something more to get what we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a single view of our sales funnel and a single database of all of our customers so that we can build better align with marketing to more efficiently sell to our customers.

The ability to maintain customers and contacts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can track the status of opportunities from being a prospect to closing or losing the deal. I also use the accounts to see all the information collected and that helps inform how we interact with the account
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is clunky and takes too many clicks to accomplish something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us so that we don't forget to follow up or take the appropriate next steps with any potential leads or opportunities.

I like that Sales Cloud is intuitive and invaluable to doing my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sales Cloud suggested inconsistencies with sales stage and close date when customer engagement is not current.

Sales Cloud helps me engage with customers throughout the sales cycle. I leverage Sales Cloud daily.
Easy to build makes thetime to user very short

All std functionality that does not need coding

Cant think og any... it is so easy to use. Maybe the challange for the user to absorbe every change we make
