What do you like best about the product?
Consistant user interface and flow for standard processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inconsistancy in how some standard objects are treated in APEX vs others (Opportunity team, Territories vs Account/Contact). For example, trigger usage availability.

Allowing all our sales team to all follow the same flow and engage with supporting team members in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is very useful when there are teams working on an opportunity. Opportunity teams can be setup easily and help very well with collaboration. Forecasting is also great when trying to forecast how many opportunities can be closed in a quarter. Partner collaboration is great with partner community
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to choose between the different forecasting types is the least helpful about Sales Cloud

It helps in the Sales process from entering the leads, opportunities, partner collaboration, quotes to orders

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform to handle sales, opportunities, accounts, quotes, and the automation behind everything is extensive. Lots of potential for scalability and growth for any sized company looking to join the Salesforce platform.

Some of the quote feature can be a bit limited and require additional setup.

Hard to maintain for users. Decluttering becomes an issue after changing some users

It is totaly versitile. I can customize as I need to and this enables me to enable all kinds of organizations to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the complexity, comes the struggle to learn how to use the tool. But Salesforce has done a great job at trying to lower the bar for entry.

They are constantly improving features. I'm looking forward to the new functionality within Reports and Dashboards.
