Efficient and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Complete customer information in order to build deeper relationships
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I have any downsides - our regulatory environment makes using the cloud harder as we need more controls and validations

Very complete package as a CRM with good developer tools and with standard UI look and feel being intuitive enough for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product licencing hasn't been the simplest. When hearing a sales pitch about a feature, it's often difficult to find out what is included in what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce isn't currently used as a CRM or to sell anything, but Contact and Account mamagement tools are doing their job

Requires professional knowledge. It's notnout of the box product

Definitely been helpful for organizing our sales and data. Also been great for our market analytics.

Sometimes there is a lot of data records and the different dashboard can get overwhelmed.

Data analytics. We've been able to track data for our sales across our agency.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Salesforce is an amazing tool to manage sales processes. It has all the bells and whistles a sales process need from Lead to closing an opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead conversion process need little improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the AI and analytics will really help in some sales processes . Also data cloud will bring data from the multiple sources to one location.

the ui is a kind of heavey sometimes and ui is not sometimes fit to the phone

Salesforce Sales Cloud is more than just a database. It is a powerful tool that improves our daily efficiencies and strengthens our customer relationships.

I wish I had known about Salesforce Sales Cloud sooner! That is my only complaint.

With our small team, Salesforce Sales Cloud improves our efficiencies by having important reports and dashboards available with the click of a button, saving us lots of time!
Good basic function, don’t over customise

Ease of interface and basic processes, intuitive and fast to use.

The ease of customisation can lead you to overdo it and make the page performance too slow
