its unmatched scalability and customization, which allow any business, from a startup to a global enterprise, to precisely mold the CRM to fit its unique sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud are its high total cost of ownership, driven by expensive per-user licenses and the required continuous investment in specialized administrators or consultants for complex configuration.

I like the architecture and the functionalities that Salesforce Cloud offers, as they are well designed. I also like the mobility aspect, as it is very useful for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be very beneficial in increasing our sales funnel and improving accountability among reps. It also significantly enhances visibility and boosts productivity, making these aspects much better for my work. I believe all the features, particularly pipeline management, are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud was difficult. We didn't have the right team to implement it internally, and we thought we could do it ourselves. However, it turned out that we needed more help from Salesforce than our team was willing to acknowledge.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud boosts sales funnel efficiency, increases accountability for reps, enhances visibility, and improves productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility to customize, which has been essential for our highly tailored application needs. The no-code options like flows or configurations provide great convenience. Additionally, the seamless integration with multiple platforms and tools like NetSuite, SAP, and our Java-built platform enhances our business processes considerably. I also appreciate that Salesforce Sales Cloud has been intuitive and user-friendly, easing the transition from Classic to Lightning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find difficulties with the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) managed package in the sales process, which has prompted us to consider switching to RCA in hopes of resolving these pain points. Additionally, I would like to see a reduction in the number of clicks or actions required to complete a sale on the quoting, as this process can feel cumbersome.

I use Sales Cloud to streamline the sales process, creating and converting quotes into sales, thus effectively closing opportunities.
