What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can take our data and map it for our reps to look at in a new way. It also helps them to navigate packing trips.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very slow app. We have recently found the update that we needed to do and it's working better, but is still very slow compared to other services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping locate donors in areas we are visiting.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working in this space for almost a decade. It works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce has a lot of idiosyncrasies and limitations you wouldn't have on a system that's not multi-tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That's way too much to spell out right now. It does a lot.

Value can fall off when not leveraged consistently. Could benefit from additional measures to support consistent use across teams.
