What do you like best about the product?
While each persons experience depends on how SFDC is implemented at your company (some of my past companies have been better than others), I can't imagine organizing myself as a CSM without Salesforce. It is my go to for any details or status on my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't intuitive and greatly depends on the success and experience of the team implementing it for your business. The bigger the company the more complicated it gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good at centralizing all sales details regarding a customer so I can work better across my account team. We are getting rid of silos of processes and trying to use SFDC for all AE, SE, and CSM roles

What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud lets you build processes easily and help to drive sales. It is all you need plus more, if you decide you need it.

Making use of all the standard objects makes a massive difference to quality processes

It gives a centralised place for all sales data to live.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Sales Cloud is for our company. We have seven different functional units within our company and we are able to tailor they system based on their individual needs. We are currently updating the Opportunity record type to match the work level/product type.
Salesforce allows us to easily manage Contacts, workflow creation, tasks, opportunity tracking, customer engagement tools, analytics and CRMA dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of our employees utilize Sales Cloud or update Opportunity close dates, so some of the information tracked in Sales Cloud is not always accurate, compared to the numbers our finance department has tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us track Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities, allowing us to gather KPIs on dashboards/reports.
The best CRM out there for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the most flexible and cutting-edge CRM for any size sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can over-customize SFDC with Apex code. Be aware of over-engineering!

Salesforce is able to bring customer data all together in one place. There is a huge benefit to this with actionable insights. No other CRM can keep up!
More than required functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Has a full feature set which meets all user requirements. Also, has additional features for my organization to expand our service offerings. Opportunity tracks and activity records give both customer relations staff and management a full view of our customer communications.

Users have little concept on which features are provided by each cloud service. This is both good and bad. System updates occasionally disrupt marketing cloud processes.

Organizing sales teams and their efforts. Facilitating opportunity and communications tracking. Providing leadership with a tool to relate staff activities to sales results.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for all employees at an organizations to be able to view related content and information. This allows us to better service for our customers and provide them the best experience possible.

Permissions configruation can be challenege to set up and ensuring users have or do not have access ti what is necesarry is crucial to the overall experience.

Sales cloud is helping to shorten the life cycle of an opportunity. Being able to faster service our customers needs puts us at the front of the choice they make.

Ability to customize to meet the business needs, share information and data across the organization, and use Salesforce to enhance the customer experience.

Would like a cleaner integration of emails with Outlook that is more streamlined.

CPQ opportunities and all the sales processes built in opportunities and cuztomizable data.

The complexity around CPQ and how easy it is to make it too complex.

Having customer data in one system and being able to harmonize the data from sales with service. The sales agents are more productive than before we implemented Sales cloud
