Their all in one approach . From a Lead to Cash Workflow availability in Salesforce and intelligent ethical AI to provide the right impetus to Sales. Only issue is data lake access
What do you dislike about the product?
Data lake access which is something salesforce is solving with Data Cloud . Ability to suggest more intuitive next best steps (customizable through Business Rules)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The alternative is unthinkable Excel or custom development . Always On and smooth upgrades are definite positives . With all in one place approach , sales teams are more productive

What do you like best about the product?
This helps sales reps have all their information about their clients in one place. Not only is it great for selling, but those in other departments will find it useful, such as those working in operations and those who work with internal stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't as granular as I would like it to be.

Whenever we have new hires, they can learn about their book of business easily

What do you like best about the product?
Every 3rd party vendor we needed to use for our business had superior Salesforce integration options compared to any other CRM. We also love the user experience and the endless possibilities for customizing to make it easy for sales reps to get the information they need to be most effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is that the user interface looks slightly outdated compared to Trailhead and compared to other CRMs like Hibspot.

It allows me to track my sales reps and help them. It also gives insight to my reps so they do a better job
Sales cloud works well for my sales team, but I wish the additional products were easier to identify

The best feature I love about sales cloud is it's lead management and opportunity management systems. I can see how marketing leads are generating pipe and when that pipe is closing through opoortunty management

The interface seems to be very clunky and as soon as no. of opportunities increases the cloud system slow down and no way to cache data so that we can have better speeds

The problem which salesforce sales cloud is solving is about opportunity management. This helps us forecasting and also caculate return on investment on our spend

sales cloud makes the business process simple and can reach to multiple business processes both inside and external programs seamlessly. definitely minimizes the clicks it takes for the guest user experience.

sometimes the back end development is too cumbersome to get what should be a simple solution to the user
