Excellent if an organization doesn't over complicate it
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place, and easy to organize , clean UI. Easy to customize for specific user needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes custom builds can over complicate the end user experience...or if forced to put bad data in, you get bad data out. Can be a lot of moving parts of end users don't get proper training on Einstein. Sometimes too many reports, equates to too many cooks in the kitchen.

Lack of having to rely on spreadsheets to track marketing data for sales campaigns

Some clientele types are not available, therefore a great degree of customization is required

Easy to use and one of the best products I've seen that helps sales teams engage with our customers in the most effective and efficient way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was some more customization to privacy settings. Lots of tools we would love to implement but can't because of so. Also, would love to see more customization with the mobile app.A little frustrating the amount of money that has to be invested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still working on implementing but see the bigger picture if quoting within Sales Cloud and having all our customer data in a central location.
Easy to use and modify
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud can easily be extended and modifies to fit the needs of the company's sales people.
It offers a 360 degree view of the customer and can be integrated with low code tools to other external systema as well.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about Sales Cloud

We have used many legacy systems before but now salescloud can display all neccessary data in one place.

Intuitive operation, flows, apex, dataloader.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices are rising regularly and not insignificantly. It is natural due to inflation and new functions are also added regularly, but it is a comitment of the companies to get involved with Salesforce, as it involves a high investment and transparency regarding the expected price increase would be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all notes and relative information at my fingertips. Not having to flip through pages of notes to understand where a deal resides in the pipeline
One stop solution for your Sales cycle
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most used product of Salesforce. I like how Salesforce has worked on identifying the typical details about the process and offered it as a package. Also, the added capability to customise it as per the needs is cherry on the cake. I'm loving the new 'Intelligence View' on the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific at the moment. One thing I like to see improved is the searching capabilities throughout the Salesforce. Sometimes it is difficult to find the records based on the field value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is an important product to manage our Sales process and it provides us critical insights to improve our Sales numbers and the analytics helps act on the areas that needs attention.

I think it offers everything what i needed, integration can sometime be challenging and requires technical expertise

The ability to use the cloud as it is and the ability to customise it to any extent is what makes me exited about salesforce I love the fact it adapts to business process whatso ever your process has been and a ready process for new businesses! I love this fact
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about salesforce is that rendering of custom validation and flow rules is always lagging which can be improved. If we have multiple flows and automation running the code is executed with a great gap which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting each of the services on one platform is a great win for Salesforce I am not needed to go to different different chrome tabs to get things done everything is in one roof.
