- highly customisable there's almost not a single app or tool that cannot connect with SFDC
- allows sales leaders and top management to track the pipeline's progress and better forecast.
- easily share comments with 'chatter' for quick actions
- create quotes, save files, log calls, and add comments of meetings and activities to progress with each deal
- easy to use reporting and dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
- pricey, Sales cloud's price ramps quickly when you have a large team
- very hard to set up by yourself ( which ramps the cost for a system integrator)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Better and more accurate forecasting
- lead routing (rule based)
- allows me to make accurate decision when aligning sales and marketing together (driving more lead gen activities)
Powerful tool to help sales
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of creating different types of dashboards and the way of obtaining results through the sales funnel is what attracts me most to Sales Force. In addition to integrations with other types of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more language options, since it's a global tool. I feel that people may have difficulties due to not having many translation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool gives me the possibility of a more macro view of the business, with which I can manage my sales funnel and be more assertive in the results. It also creates a database of customer contacts for possible future actions.

A great way to keep the pipeline active and the insights helped me connect with the prospective customers at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many manual entries make it a tedious job. To stay updateed the manual enteries will need to be updated as well which might pile on if you are away from keyboard. Also the app should be more vertical friendly.

One funnel view of the open pipeline helps me create a view for my seniors to know on what stage is my peroformance at and gives a real time update on the sales cycle.

We use the solution for CRM and to monitor customers, projects, and sales. We are using Salesforce Sales Cloud as a forecast platform. The solution forecasts the current data, current project stages, and the probability of it happening or not happening.

What other advice do I have?
We chose Salesforce Sales Cloud because we need everything in one place to have one forecasting platform, one sales platform, and one customer management platform. The solution's forecasting feature gives us visibility on one page to give us better guidance and understanding of what's going on and what could happen. Since the solution is an appliance, there's nothing to deploy.
I would recommend the solution to other users. From my perspective, it's a tool that should be used for every purpose because it could be scalable from a small number of users to huge ones. Usually, it's flexible enough to implement all the features that customers could need. Salesforce Sales Cloud is a native integrated solution.
Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

1. Centralized customer information: Having a unified platform where all customer information is stored and easily accessible - I can quickly find data, including contact details, account history, and previous interactions allowing me to personalize my outreach
2. Lead to Opportunity management - the tools on the Sales Cloud platform help me manage leads and opportunities allowing me to track pipeline and prioritize my efforts
3. Automation of sales processes - automating lead routing tasks, and data entry saves me a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I may not be leveraging every aspect that Sales Cloud has to offer, there may be too many options at times and it can feel busy and overwhelming. There can be a learning curve since Sales Cloud is quite a robust platform with a lot of features and functionaities. Sometimes integration challenges also can happen, and can turn out to be more complex than I'd like them to be.

I am able to build reports that house information from all over the place in a single view for my team, this helps keep a mass amount of contact information organized and easy to acccess. It turns into a one stop shop for my team to look into their accounts, and know what's going on

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to keep track of Accounts and their related Opportunities and Assets. I also enjoy the Opportunity Product set up, and how easy it is to add products during the sales process. Flow has made it very easy to create automations that are relevant to the sales process as well as misclaneous day to day operations. I don't leverage dynamic forms often, but that has been a nice additional feature for controlling visibility for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to track older Leads that have been converted. There have been multiple cases where I needed access to the Lead that was converted, and it was very hard to get the information that I needed. When editing reports from dashboards with filters applied to them, the reports keep those same filters when edited and saved. This created a lot of problems as we built a dashboard for a client using an iterative process with constant updates and tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my clients, Salesforce is a repository for information. It allows everything to be kept in one place, while also integrating with a plethora of external marketing platforms for lead generation. With Salesforce, we have set up systems where data is compiled and reported on in a visually appealing and useful way. Email tracking/Activity Capture is also useful to see how active different reps are, and provide visibility on those that potentially need more guidance. We just started scoring leads and opportunities, so interested to see how that streamlines our sales process.

Lighting page provide same data and look and feel in mobile and PC Web. So, sales represantative manage their business opportunity and other custom data in outside for meeting client.

Actually, Sales representative manage a lot of business opportunity. So, they always want to more comportable search BO. Salesforce provide list view and other filter, but, It is some uncomfortable limitation in mobile view. For example, service cloud provide console page and other screen for field service engineer for search data more easily. In sales cloud, It is need to search page by business condition.,

Trailhead for education is very helpful for proposal to our customer by tranforming legacy to salesforce system.
Lead conversion and report is very easy for customer.
Additionally, Heroku and other platform which is complement for mass data is benefit for our customer.
