Salesforce is well-designed and powerful: Sales Cloud is flexible and scalable. You can customize your sales process to fit the requirements of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be improved. It's not a lovely or intuitive design like HubSpot, but what it lacks in looks it makes up for in functionality.

I primarily use Sales Cloud as a consultant. I've seen many SMB clients benefit tremendously from a well-designed Sales Cloud implementation.

It has various functionalities with a good dashboard reporting tool

Because of the complexities, there are too many clicks before getting the appropriate data

Ability to consolidate data between multiple sales regions and see the data in one report. Able to capture opportunities and track the progress
