What do you like best about the product?
For us it is the Data-Driven Decision Making: With real-time insights and analytics, businesses can make informed decisions based on accurate data
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Period. It is expensive. With there being so many products to choose from the cost is a major factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have all our data and contacts in one place. We can see our data in easy to use dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
There are built in guard rails to prevent bad practices when it come to administration and development. Interface is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locked into the structure Salesforce enforces for configuration and development.

Allows sales team to manage opportunities and quotes to customers.

The predefined data model that makes it easy to start using the system.

Limitation in Salesforce dashboards which are forcing us to move analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite things about Sales Cloud are integration capabilities, easy automation of repetitive tasks, high security and the best one - advanced analitics and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has complex serupp and Steep Learning Curve, additionally it has limited customisation. Sometimes I feel that there are more features that I can utilize for my day to day job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems like repetitive tasks, lead and opportunitiy management and it is easy to do integration with other tools and data platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping my sales and operations team connected. Once a sale is complete the ops team takes over and can easily see the sales path.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the Omni channel case distribution does not fire. Understand this is more on service than sales but it is expected to occur at the sales hand off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves record history visibility and using process automation helps collect valuable customer usage insight.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud lays out foundation and then let's us customize it and build on top of it go support our own unique business
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud doesn't offer enough tools to help our older generation users who struggle with technology and how to think about their selling processes in a technical way

It's creating visibility and metics around data that has previously been stored in different locations
