Everything is in one place, you do not need to look for any other software

For beginners, it is tough to understand and use. you will need to take a course of watch some YouTube video to understand Salesforce Sales Cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a platform that helps you with everything regarding sales. It helps us from sending quotes to booking demos to everything.
It's gives a privilege to explore the all the sales process under one platform

Report, dashboard, account, opportunities forecasting, and many more advantages

Nothing at this moment . Good with the functionality now

Mostly used for complex reporting and dashboarding

Specially the way the entire mapping is done.I can get detailed insights about each and every prospect and can predict rightly which one would be high priority for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is the steep learning curve. I felt a bit complicted than the way I used to manage before. It took a bit of time to get accustomed to it but once done, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem was inefficient reach out and data loss. Previously we used to do things on excel and Google sheet but after a point, it used to get all messed up. Through Salesforce, it's all in one place and handy to retrieve the data when needed.
for CRM, recording client details, purchases and product access. Recording work in cases.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Can be customised easily. Very fast and easy way to keep a track of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Favorites or easiness to remove or add selections. Usually too many windows open up for me while multiple things going on. It is difficult to close them one by one later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the details of the contract and run rate. Which helps to prepare for the next renewal.

What do you like best about the product?
Its UI is go good that any sales rep/professional can use it with minimal training. Although every company has different parameters set, but it's very easy to understand and can be accessed over mobile app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI on Mobile app is not that great and also it doesn't allow to upload/export lists from it via the app.
Most of recent Sales Intelligence/Enablement tools takes time to integrate with Salesforce, so at times it lags when it's integrated to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other Intelligence/Enablement tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting and Dashboards are upto the mark. It helps me forecast my QoQ or MoM numbers during review meetings. Also, it can be accessed from anywhere, so can view/edit the data at any given point of time.

* The lead generation function is OP for marketing, as well as enabling finance department to integrate their software resulting in one platform solution

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a very easy, user friendly, lot of features needed to increase someone's business processes and sales. Personally as a Salesforce Developer, I find the automations very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find much drawbacks I can say. Just there are few enhancements which end users require needs some workarounds but they are still possible in Sales Cloud with the help of development

Improving the Sales Process in the business, giving advance reports, data analytical ,360 degree solutions at one place
Great Tool to work with...once you get the hang of it
What do you like best about the product?
Really like how easy it is to work as a team on the different opportunities where each user is able to do their job better with the inputs coming from other colleagues especially when dealing with many potentials at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike but more a constructive comment. I started a new job where I had to use SF for the first time. The initial reaction when I logged in the first time was a bit overwhelming where I didn't really know where to start and what to do. Must say I did ramp up quickly afterwards and is very comfortable now. I guess there is a balance between functionnality and UX which needs to be respected but those first days did require some effort on my part and my colleagues which helped me with all my questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having centralized information found in one place. With the email to case, this enables to spend more time within one tool and reduces the context switching

The most helpful in the sales that helps people and the companies to help there customer to track there order and create a new order to find the correct information of the orders.

There is no such as dislike in the Salesforce it's one of the best platform.

The Salesforce is benefiting the companies and the users profile which helps in find the previous data of the users and the customers.
