What do you like best about the product?
Sales enablement and Pricebook model in Salesforce is so useful. The productivity and business both are improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is incredibly versatile. Our company uses it as our CRM and ATS as a physician recruitment firm. All teams are able to utilize different objects within Salesforce Sales Cloud and interact with one another, from our recruitment team to our business development team, to our finance and accounting and even our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce''s only downside is that there are so many different modules that are similar that it can be really intimidating to get started and build the sales architecture to begin with. When converting an established company to Salesforce, it will really challenge you to consider your business practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an incredibly complex organization and many moving parts. Salesforce sales cloud helps us to organize these moving parts into an easy to navigate symphony of connections

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud can bé used to track opportunities and so much more. It's the single source of truth for sales and allows them to focus on selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
As time has gone on, so much functionality can be added that Sales get lost with the number of tools and options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows us to centralize information needed to support sales with their role. It has increased selling time and accuracy of opportunity management.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has been an essential tool for our business. Great to see Salesforce keep innovate and keeping sales cloud up to date with new technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a powerful platform with a wide range of features and customization options, but this can also be overwhelming for new users. This complexity results in a long learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing pipeline, creating opportunities and manage quotes with CPQ.
Managing all sales team needs to get more deals and close them faster, and help management have current status views
