What do you like best about the product?
The ability to handle my work daily and organize the inquiries from my clients, to provide a nice customer support.
Also it's really multifunctional
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a little bit difficult to use when being a random user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any request received on any of our platforms is displayed in Salesforce and offers the possibility to select and handle it, preventing work duplication and enhancing productivity

noting as of now. Sales flow is best in Salesforce

To hold & organise the data from leads is biggest prob & CRM is solving it effectively

What do you like best about the product?
Features that really interests me using Salesforce Sales Cloud are -
1. Cloud based solution with a mobile app as well
2. Easier to customise the features
3. Easy to use and implement I can say atleast for the basic features
4. Meets our Dashboard and Reporting Requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of few features should be looked into. It gets very tough to understand those features. Another major downside of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its high cost. Requires training to understand and get familiar with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the day to day marketing & sales tasks helped to save a lot of time. Documenting every conversation and emailing them from the CRM itself allowed us to track every conversation with the customers. Also, resolved our marketing campaigns issue as it provides itself within and saved cost by removing the use of Mailchimp. Overall, it has been very effective and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Today I attended a Salesforce event and I was able to get to know the Sales cloud in depth. It seems like a very useful tool, especially its integration with data cloud and Einstein, which I found wonderful and can generate many sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the price, honestly I am not sure what it is, but I think it might be the main drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it is a tool that, more than solving problems, provides a unique value to organizations because if used correctly and combined with other clouds, you can significantly increase productivity and benefits.

The velocity to implement a solution that would take way longer in any other platform

The short limits, for things like API calls or asynx executions. Also, I miss some further customization to standard objectd

The way to relate and track email communications across several agents and provide visibility to the business

Sometines it is slow for big amount of Product Lines. Salesforce code debug is not so easy
