What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps us keep track of our customers and pending opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive to initially engage with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer 360
Intuitive UI and easy to manage the pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Having stages at opportunity records makes easy to visually identify where the pipeline is and how sales team can achieve or. Improve goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
When deploying to production, there is no way to include the profiles in one shot. Instead we have to go one by one in the destination org to do adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking opportunities related to each account that will translate into revenue recognition later on. Also tracking leads and their different stages to know when to convert the to contacts.
Couldn’t operate without it!

Simplicity in data entry and power in data access

It's pretty great. Hard to fault. Looking forward to more innovation!

What do you like best about the product?
My intial thoughts on Sales Cloud it that it provides our sales team the ability to move from minimal analytics via opportunities to understanding how the sales process went, how the sales process impacted KPI's and provided more complete and wholistic picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the experience has been positive. Admittedly, I have not progressed far enough in to provide "dislikes" at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the ability to use Sales cloud to help us manage our clients and their information in more efficient ways.
Previously we had no analytics without exporting and using highly manual processes. Using the native reporting functions we have streamlined this process.
The insight and care we can provide back to our clients has going to the next level and our clients have provided feedback noticing the difference.

Great platform for sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
The built in processes that help you support business needs, and Pipeline Inspection in particular
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of some needed features, like proper quoting

Supporting our sales reps in their day to day work
Decent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking leads and collecting data to create a seamless sales experience. It has been easy to learn coming from an industry that did not use Salesforce products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to create a seamless experience on the backend with colleagues. It feels individualized but not quite seamless across a team for daily use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having less clutter when it comes to the sections such as opportunities and inquiries. Some things feel redundant and can be used in different ways by employees if not trained properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Scalable and reliable. We use it for things most companies don't. Custom objects run our business and they make it easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost to customize. It is possible but way to expensive.

Working on account t management and email tracking. CRM for marketing team had been better as we have pushed this

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track deals through the kanban view is very helpful. The out of the box lead conversion features are very easy to implement. Ability to use duplicate management to dedupe contacts is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have full integration with cpq as native objects instead of a managed package. Expensive for small scale businesses to implement and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to submit leads faster. Tracking deals are a cakewalk. Salesforce Einstein features are like cherry on top of the cake helping with lead scoring and suggesting which deals are more likely to close.
