Salescloud consolidates all your client's data in one single source of truth.
It's easy to read and analyze, so you can take better (and faster) decisions. All these will translate in a better Customer Service

Sometimes reports in the cell app are hard to read due to the limited screen size
You have to be careful with dashboards, if you don't hit the UPDATE button within the dashboard, you won't get the latest data

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having all client's data in one same place, we are able to be more accurate in our sales strategy
For example: for a specific client-segment, we know exactly how many products per client they are buying; or we know who have visited a client and when; and what was the visit's outcome

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way we can report on all fields on an Opportunity which keeps the sales team and the leadership team well informed. I also love the ease of transitioning an opportunity from one stage to the next

I feel that the quote portion could be improved

Sales cloud allows the management team to keep track of the current and future state of sales. They can also use the tool to detect trends as they appear.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud has been transforming to our company. We have been able to scale our sales team from 200 reps to more than 700 hundred because of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite hard to empower the sales team to make changes in the sales process. The need of a salesforce engineer makes progress harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been easier to develop cross selling strategies and our sal3s forecasting has beensmarter ever since we have been using salesforce.

Possibility of customization rapidly to meet clients requirement to increase customer satisfaction.
Integration with different system using standard API without any need of customization thanks to the high level of standardization in the connections.

The needs of our clients are very specific and due to that we need an higl level of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order management: thanks to the platform we can easily check the order pipeline and immediately intervene when the order pipeline is interrupted.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud offers and excellent set of features that allow us to manage our customers, build and maintain our relationships, and generate revenue. The data is integrated with data from other clouds, such as Service Cloud, to provide a seamless view of our customers and their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the features of Sales Cloud are very powerful, there is a high cost. A business that is considering Sales Cloud would be best off to truely embrace the Salesforce platform to take full advantage of its features. If not, the costs may not be worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows us to easily maintain our sales data, and provides powerful tools and interfaces to easily work with this data. This data is shared with the other Salesforce clouds, such as Service Cloud, to build and maintain a full view of our customers and their data.

Nothing in particular, It Is a complete software suite that allows every Company to fullfill differenti Sales needs. They can only improve their costa that are not so manageable by small businesses
