What do you like best about the product?
Lots of potential opportunities for E-commerce
What do you dislike about the product?
That our team cannot or is unable to utilize all the capabilities related to Salesforce Sales Cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling us to sell our products online via ecommerce. I manage the web production part of it so it keeps me employed. :)

Easy access to maps. Very convenient to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times were sometimes slow. Interactivity was glitchy at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, GIS information can be difficult to utilize. Salesforce maps helps make sense of this unique data type.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to create reports! I love the colorful reports and the hovering features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to create a report which aggregates the values of things over time. Like a burn down chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us all transparently see eachothers work and celebrate accomplishments

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has been integral to my company growing to the position it's in today. It provides industry insights to us that my company can use to make decisions based on data and not rely on instinct.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my domain, there are so many tools it's hard to keep track of which ones to use that fit my companies processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our reps to enter their accounts and oops so the rest of the business can support
