Easy to use and powerful platform
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the capability to summarize in a simple and single point of contact the whole 360 view of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud hasn't really low points. There are some improvements or enhancements. For example a higher flexibility when you want to search in a view list. Currently there are some restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have to reach a customer to discuss a new business opportunity, I'm able to see current opportunities of my coworkers, last comments, relevant contacts, pending tasks, etc.
Impressive low code platform for so many things.
What do you like best about the product?
So many integrations and an active community to support you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a huge platform and if you're not using a lot of the value than it can be overwhelming

Single point of truth for the whole team. Solid crm with easy beautiful reporting and dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
As a systy admin, I like how sales cloud brings my users and customers together with unified solutions that scale across our business units.
What do you dislike about the product?
To no fault of Salesforce, there is legacy data and users in the system that could be removed or at least archived to decrease the digital clutter

We're keeping sales people engage as they are scattered across different regions in the US

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is easily configurable and has the necessary features for improving revenue. The knowledge articles and trailhead are amazing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lightning version can be a little slow for admins, but the reporting features make up for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management can be a problem but given the ability to utilize new fields, leads can be assigned and processed through the system quickly

I think the pricing could be more transparent/consistent.
