What do you like best about the product?
Easy to do a lot without code. Declarative code can accomplish a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have trouble with row lock errors and soul errors

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking leads and opportunities through the Sales cloud process has been able to streamline our end to end .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Sales cloud is far above any other platform.

It's solving how we track some of our product info/roadmap

Have to find out yet. It has made my work easier and so far going well

Keep tracking of orders and invoices and quick references to other sf objects linked with opportunities .got away from hassle of excel data

What do you like best about the product?
It's the same foundation for basic grants management for nonprofits. There is certainly more to it for nonprofits, but if you're Orgas in need of basic grants management, it's an excellent place to start. The lightning page layouts, and the sales Consolo layouts can really streamline. one persons work or multi person process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nonprofits shouldn't assume that it's ready right out of the box. Very little about salesforce is. However, with some minor tweaks, you can get going pretty quickly. You are, of course, inserting yourself into language and objects that are meant for sales, but even that can be translated, and we need to become more relevant to Ord order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oh, it is helping with our compliance team to organize compliance requirements across multiple grants, according to a timeline or a caseload. It also helps development, compliance, finance, and programs work together on deliverables for any given Grant.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been a game changer for our company. Having reports and dashboards to offer real-time insight to our metrics and data. As well as the streamline of our sales process and the complete visibility from leads to a project in our sales funnel ensures we deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be updated is the list views. Having the option to drag and drop contacts/accounts/opportunities into a list view instead of creating a filter would be amazing. Sometimes the filters can be too hard for our sales to create or if they're trying to create a list view to target certain customers they have to reach out to our sf admin to build a custom field to be able to filter for the field.

Complete visibility to our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
There are endless possibilities for what you can do to make life easier on your team. You can find the perfect balance of capturing data and usability for end users, while customizing for your unique business practices
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to have this level of customization at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to capture our sales teams strengths and weaknesses so we could improve them as people and as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a one stop place for our AE's and asm's to manage the sales lifecycle. It's intuitive and easy for new sales reps to get up and running to generate opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably not a dislike but the flexibility to create new custom UI throw people off of the lightning design system is not followed. Probably more information or guidelines or sample templates per use case would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a single source of truth of our leads, opportunities, quotes and orders. Our sales reps use it daily and no additional development work is needed for creating a mobile app as Salesforce creates it with all features. Our users like to use it on the road

What do you like best about the product?
When used for it's intended purpose, this is a very powerful product to enable your sales team to effectively engage clients, track their activity and create great visibility for leadership
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately we have some concepts and processes that are not quite what Salesforce had envisioned and suddenly it's not that flexible. The validations and 3rd party integrations cause the system to be slow and there is, seemingly, no way around it except bending to the original designers' thought of an ideal process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a global workforce, having a single platform for the whole sales team so track their activity is the only way to go. We get a unified view of our customer base and ensure compliance of the onboarding process.
