What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a best CRM application for any type of business. Basically its provides all the required things which can help to manage any business
What do you dislike about the product?
It is best but as a user, one thing I noticed that whenever we are adding data, its not storing the data automatically which I think a required feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main benefit is its dashboard, which shows all the required data at once. That helps alot while analysing the data
Salesforce Maps helps us assign tasks by customer location
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us identify and monitor the departments and regions responsible for the majority of our organization's cases. Once I mastered the inputs and outputs required by Salesforce maps, I found them to be really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take some time to set up the layers, but once they are, they are quite easy to use. An adjustment period is required. Knowledge is permanent, although it is not always obvious. Also, I'm not sure that the program's numerous functions "talk" to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salespeople can maximize their time in the field by using this app to help them organize their day. With Salesforce Maps, you can easily prospect by viewing territories visually and you can also filter them by numerous characteristics.

I found salesforce complex while doing customization and also cost is very high. Cost point of view it should be low, so I can adopt for small business.

Salesforce cloud provide good CRM and admin. So, its easy to manage for team and tracking the sales.

Everyone knows how to use it. You don't have to worry about training people who have never tried it before.

The mobile app could be better. I like to do a lot of this admin type work on the move and the mobile app isn't very edit friendly.

Sales Cloud has positively impacted lead generation and conversion rates. It enhances lead generation efficiency and tracks lead from various sources and campaigns effectively, ensuring a high level of reliability in lead acquisition and conversion.
What is most valuable?
The features of Sales Cloud most useful for testing and running email campaigns are highly valuable. The CRM system is excellent for managing campaigns effectively. I also find Salesforce security authentication very good.
What needs improvement?
Sales Cloud could improve in areas such as AI integration, particularly for templates.

I would rate the stability of Sales Cloud as a six out of ten.

I would rate the scalability of Sales Cloud as a five out of ten. My clients who use it are mostly enterprise businesses.
How was the initial setup?
I would rate the easiness of the initial setup as a ten out of ten. It is very easy. The implementation of Sales Cloud took approximately four months.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Salesforce is good value for money, but compared to the market, it is relatively high-priced.
What other advice do I have?
The AI functionality built into Salesforce is good. It was not available when I first started using Salesforce.
Using the Sales mobile app has many benefits. I have used it, and it is great for accessing Salesforce on the go.
Integrating Sales Cloud with other Salesforce products or third-party applications has been good.
I would recommend Salesforce to others, especially for its effectiveness as a CRM system. It stands out compared to other software, particularly in India.
Overall, I would rate Salesforce Sales Cloud as an eight out of ten.

As a developer, salesforce provides a lot of tools to solve the requirements from the clients. You can go from code solutions like Apex to something simpler as flows to automate a functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike, but at the beginning the learning curve related to limits on the platform could be a challenge, specially for developers that come from a client-server environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been working with different clients, with different backgrounds and necessities. But all of them have in common one thing, they want a trustable platform that could be customized.
As a technical part of the team, Salesforce provides a lot of options to achieve this. Apex, flows, integration tools to work with other platforms.
