What do you like best about the product?
Prospecting, lead generation management and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outside of the UI nothing.i think the UI could use some modernization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our sales opportunities as well as forecast. We also use it to integrate with a marketing platform and that helps us understand where our leads add value.

I don't like how the Interface looks and how manual it is at first.

Being able to store many leads and implement large data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bulk update available and that prevents us from cleaning old leads.

It allows us to hold multiple leads at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is best when it is fully integrated across your data stack. Bringing full 1P and 3P data visibility across SC interfaces improves the value of the product immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud'a interfaces can get messy and overwhelming quickly. Better focus on UX principles would help improve adoption and utilization of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Cloud helps us retain visibility across all interactions with our prospects and ensures we are able to maintain long-term relationships with our key accounts.

Users might struggle to generate the insights they need without dedicated training or assistance, potentially leading to underutilization of the platform’s analytical capabilities.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is translate into increased sales efficiency, improved customer satisfaction and enhanced overall business performance. The ability to track and analyze email interactions specifically allows for more strategic communication efforts, ensuring that sales opportunities are maximized and customer relationships are nurtured effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Salesforce Sales Cloud to discover, nurture and efficiently convert leads whcih has driven high value for our company. It has centralised the information system and helped in closing deals faster. It has easily integrated to all our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is a very good CRM platform but has a high learning curve which requires certain specialists for it. Salesforce should work heavily on making it more user friendly and less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has reduced the time which we used to spend going through mail boxes on other platforms, lead information on the websites and manual dependency. It has automated our work and helped us in focusing on what can be done best by our team - Closing the leads and Increasing the revenue.
