The terminology around product skus (pardot becoming marketing cloud account engagement) is needlessly confusing. It's also annoying trying to figure out what is or is not included in a particular SKU or bundle. Shouldn't take 2 hours of discovery calls with account executives to find out

If you do the set up correctly using a thought through taxonomy, it's saves your sales and marketing team time and helps seamlessly keep track of leads.

It is very time consuming to restructure data.
