What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating reports and dashboards to see all transactions and contacts at a glance. Export reporrs to share with various teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report limitations it only allows for about four objects sometimes I need more detailed drills and other information that have to be more customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep a list of all contacts and the staff who are working with the clients. Sending emails and follow-up. Supervisor tasks and chatting features for faster responses.

I love all the information and automation sales cloud provides. It's really gives my employees valued time back to make more sales and focus on customers, retention and surpassing goals.

It doesn't sell the products for me. Get on it. Hah.

It helps with keeping my team on top of retention and also provides a boost in sales that could have been missed with reminders. It also creates a type of healthy competition between the employees.

Stable product, very much scalable. Easy to integrate with other cloud and in house platform. Very user friendly UI that make adoption faster.

One of the biggest concern which I observed the the cost, however probably it's organization mind set that is changing and will change down the line to compare what this offers vs cost
