What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a productive tool to guide agents and customers through the end to end sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes issues can take time to resolve with low code solutions for edge cases. This may at times not be the best customer service experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping fulfilling client needs and enabling sales teams with a sales platform to make sales with customizations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to gather all the info about my clients and opportunities in one place to be referenced and shared with the opportunity team and execs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the core features... activities, tasks, etc. haven't changed in a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking opportunity pipeline and compiling forecast information for both bookings and billings.
Sales Cloud / Core CRM really works.
What do you like best about the product?
The multi tenancy. Very valuable when servicing many customer groups in one Salesforce organization

Honestly I don't have many dislikes, just don't use the platform for use cases outside of sales

Getting sales team off spreadsheets

How easy it is to customize and change the system to meet business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing features can require a ton of work and maybe rework without following a plan; it's easy to accidentally pidgeonhole your org into a very rigid system

Salesforce Sales Cloud let's us follow a sales process and helps us close deals faster

Hierarchy structure isn't supportive of my orgs setup.

Simple ui, easy reporting, many ways to customize,

May be difficult to navigate if over customized, user experience is not cutting edge

It has robust functionality basically out of the box.

A few odd limitations around reporting, field interactions with certain report types.

It's a CRM, and a good one. It's helping us manage our sales funnel, and other sales activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows our leadership team quick and accurate visibility into our multiple business units. Additionally, the offerings are easily customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose it is a little pricey - other solutions are considerably cheaper
