What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a fantastic solution that leverages solid pre-defined structures that can quicky enable business to scale quickly and prepare a fast and successful Go-To-Market strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most times, even though OOTB solutions ate solid, the usual level of customization required to fulfill complex customer requirements end up requiring the development of fully customized solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick go-to-market implementations for clients to handle sales pipeline, forcaasting, overall Account/Contact management and sales teams with collaboration. Quote management for simple solutions as well.

Some clunky inability to move buttons around or put custom buttons on different parts of standard page layouts

What do you like best about the product?
Its capabilities to help agents to sell
More and powers sales ops get analysts and help agents and business. Love the pipeline, automations, reports and dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very sales centric and does have adoption to other clouds like campaigns in the marketing cloud. Contracts with service cloud. I like the improvements in data mapping

Lead scoring and helping rep with cadence and next best actions and help them sell more.
