Easy to get started with the basic capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Even thought our it landscape lacs important capabilities we managed to get a first mvp to our uses within 3 months

Challenging to take the next steps when you have several different product and price models, and being a large enterprise

Tracking opportunities and help advisors getting an overview of ongoing interactions with their customers, we did not have that before

I love that sales cloud does everything for you! It's very customizable and I love the reporting that we have access to and how many different uses it serves. We have gained so much more insight into how our business operates.

Sometimes there are bugs and runs a little slow.

Previously we had no clue where our customer base was and which areas of the country to focus on. Now we are able to bring that data to life and visualize it for our teams.

Sales cloud provides an end to end experience for inside sales team from Lead to cash . It provides great CRM sales insights to help sales team with tagerting specific customers

Missing Integration with third party tools like data. Bricks etc to bring in data and build insights

I like giving our team the tools they need to make sales easier and faster. We can close deals faster and keep clients engaged at the highest levels. It increased our revenue significantly.

Some of the customizations that are required can overly-complicate the effort and elongate the development lifecycle. While it's great that it's a cloud platform there can be some lag
