Sales agent experience and facility to use and to closed a deal.

I think that chatter will be better to facility communicate between org members.

Canned reports. All emails sent via email (without relay) end up in spam

A major update to Salesforce's standard product, Sales Cloud, will be happening soon. New features are being added in abundance, making it full of highlights.

There are too many features, and I'm unsure how to make use of them.
