Sales cloud is a nice product, great for sales manager to maintain relationship with potential customers, manage pipelines and learn how to close an opportunity.

Integrations with external systems to get more data com customers can be pretty expensive.

The price of Salesforce Maps is better for other maps app. If your company only needs some extra map feature, this is the best option.

Salesforce Maps is very limited to implement more powerful maps feature.

We have many locations in different regions. Salesforce Maps help our customers to find the nearby locations on the map. They can quickly see the record details and get the directions.
